Amazing I'm starting the keto lifestyle! Wow this oil is wonderful.... It was a great buy for the price it mixes smooth with all my drinks! It's so healthy and easy to digest plus I can use it in salad dressings or smoothies!!! I feel energetic and ready to begin my journey!

I was surprised with this MCT oil, anyway here’s the breakdown for; Pro; really fine oil content, great taste, no smell, good amount for the cost, the squeeze bottle is able for me to control the amount I needed to pure into my black coffee, espresso. Works perfectly. Con; nothing negative. Conclusion; I have been doing bullet proof coffee , used different kind of MCT oil for years now, I must say I am overwhelmed surprised the quality and overall of this MCT oil, I am certain it’s going to give me the health benefits, I am recommending this one and will definitely order it again!!!

Easy to use, though it does squirt a bit quickly. No after-taste. Texture makes it easy to swallow.

I’ll address others’ complaints first: 1) There is nothing wrong with the cap on the bottle I got, it’s fine. 2) Flavor is virtually non-existent, maybe a slight buttery taste to my coffee, but I barely notice it—no odor, no flavor. What they DON’T tell you—Do not overdo this. You are NOT preparing for a colonoscopy. I learned that the hard way. No more than 1T per day for me, and that’s the absolute max. What it DOES do: Eliminates that “bloated” feeling, and improves satiety (I’m not as hungry). It helped get me back to my normal weight, and it got me through Thanksgiving weekend without overeating like I usually do. Get your dosage right, stick to it, and you’ll be fine.
