This is one of the better tasting bone broths I've tried. The chicken with garlic & mushroom has a great flavor and is a great base for soup or just sipping on its own. It's not very salty at all so most will likely want to add a pinch of salt. I've been making a healthy low fat soup with this broth and the whole family really enjoys it. Consists of the bone broth, pinch of garlic salt, ground black pepper, table spoon cold-pressed avocado oil, fresh basil leaves ground up, pieces of chicken (either from rotisserie or boneless breast), 2 hard boiled eggs sliced up. The price of the bone broth has increased, so I'm not thrilled about that but then again so has most every other consumer good and food product. Just the times we're living in unfortunately.

The product is great! One cup of this broth is a qiick, easy way to get healthy protein plus it's delicious even all by itself! It's fabulous as a soup base or add a bit here and there when you're whipping up a rice dish or anywhere else you need a little added protein. It's a main staple as well as the quality product.
