Great product- detailed assembly.
Got this for hip post surgery. Great product, but LOTS of parts to assemble. Not a quick set-up.

Be prepared for frustration…
This product is not the easiest to put together. Was moving along just fine then the last rail to attach to support the seat back would not secure. Up until then it was fine. I left all the screws loose (for adjustments) as advised but the last screw would not tighten in the threaded hole. Had to have someone help and after much frustration and finagling, we got it. It shouldn’t be this hard. Was close to sending it back. I am assuming it will serve the purpose but have not used it yet. I do like that it has multiple height adjustments, and arms to help one stand up.

Works but?
Used for 6 months now. Works but not so sturdy.

Sturdy chair
It’s a very sturdy shower chair. My only complaint is the screw would not fit into one of the holes that connects the arm to the chair. I tried moving them around but none fit. Now it’s a little wobbly on the left side but still usable.
