The material is very thick and strong, and it feels really durable. It also has a zipper with a secure cover, which I believe is where you fill it to give it shape. From what I’ve seen, you can adjust the firmness depending on how much you fill it, which is great for training.The dummy is around 1.50–1.60m tall, so it’s a really good size for practicing different moves. It even has a small metal piece that looks like it can be used to hang it up when it’s not in use.Even though I don’t practice the sport myself, I can say my brother absolutely loves it — he was so happy when he saw it, and he’s been practicing nonstop.
