Why does my electric dc motor turn in the wrong direction and slowly?

Check whether the phase wires and Hall wires are properly connected, disconnect the self-learning wire and connect again, let the motor self-study 10 to 20 seconds, then disconnect it, there is no need to connect it after motor rotates normally.

Why did the motor suddenly stop spinning after it started？

The controller and motor power are large, so the one-time output current of your battery is too large, which turns on the self-protection. Charge your battery for a few minutes and it will be ready for normal use

Why does my Fardriver controller display a Hall error?

The most likely cause is a program mismatch, please let us know to obtain the correct program. Alternatively, the hall wire may not be properly connected. or the Hall may already be damaged, in such case, please let us know for a solution.

Good, withstands heat very well. The only thing I have is that the phase wires are small and packed together, causing them to heat up faster than other motors of this class. Not an issue though.

Dead at 5 months DONT BUY

Died within 5 months pushing the rated amps/spec slow ramp up , save ur money go to Sotion With 72v 40ah battery Nv72450 controller Krv5 should’ve lasted years idk what happened I got a new kit and reinstalled tuned and now I can’t turn it by hand and it overheats at 15mph I’m 180lbs it should be able to throw me off the bike like the first month

Want a crazy power house for the second stage of your bike? This is it. Loads of torque to carry that front end in the air and plenty of speed to keep you going. If your coming from an my1020 motor I’d suggest you have some handle bar grips you can keep a hold of lol.
