I wanted to use the hip and groin support for a while before giving a review. I have a very physical job and that doesn't give a groin pull and the femur from hip surgery time to repair completely. Therefore, the pain has worn on me and decided to get this item and give it a try. I wore it when working for an entire week and have notice a remarkable improvement in both the femur and the groin injury. I am extremely pleased that I made this purchase.I see that some reviews said something about an odor but I have noticed NO odor and I wear this in extreme heat so would think that would expel some odor and I must say there wasn't any at all.I am small framed and this item fits fantastic. It is not too large, so if you're a female don't think this item wraps around you excessively because it does not.I would highly recommend this item!

I've had an adductor injury for about 9 years and finally caved to get a brace. This was the cheapest one I could find that didn't look super bulky or long on the leg part. I'd say it is true to the product pictures. I am a US size 4 and I struggle to get it tight enough, but once it's on, it's fine. Braces shouldn't cure your injury, and I knew I had to be careful not to let my body rely on it too much. The support is just enough to be helpful, but not too comfortable that I want to wear it all the time. It helps me walk, run, and play sports with minimum pain. If you need a basic brace that's on the cheaper side just to get you through some bad days, this is it. It wasn't life changing or a super great material, so I give it 3 stars. The material is breathable and stretchy, but because of how stretchy it is, that's why I struggle to get it tight enough. Hoe this helps you out on your brace search!

I was so pleased with this item that I bought another pair as a spare while washing the first pair. I sleep in them as well. I am a type 2 diabetic on dialysis. I have swollen calves which forces the fluid in my legs down to my ankles and causes blisters slightly above my ankles. The blisters break easily and cause infection, one of which sent me to the ICU for a week. The item comes in 2 sizes (I bought large) and has a little rectangular pad in vinyl which fits in a pocket on the protector. You can move it around depending on where you need the protection on your shin. They are not tight but fit snugly on your leg. I have occasionally in the past scraped my leg on a cabinet door and this product prevents the scrap from happening at all. If you have my problems don't hesitate to buy this product.

Works for my chronic pulled groin, however... it doesn’t stay right where I need it, which is exactly where the thigh joins into trunk, in that bending crease. It keeps slipping down a little so that I have to constantly pull it back up in place. I think it’s nearly impossible for “any” brace/support to stay in that area. I’ve tried several groin braces/supports and none stay where I need it most. I’ve been dealing with pulled groins (both sides off and on) for many years. Wish there was a cure or fix as it’s extremely painful every time I move or walk. Otherwise, the product itself is well made and comfortable.

I pulled my thigh a couple of years ago. I can feel it begin to tighten periodically while playing tennis or biking. In the past I have used a 6" ace bandage. This is much easier to use. No wrapping and using clips that fall out when active. I have pretty hefty thighs (26"). This fits fine. Fully adjustable with velcro straps. Does not slip down.

Packaging is lacking, no instructions so remember to look at the order link, the packaging says groin protector - what gives with that? Item is comfortable except where it goes around your bicep and under your arm.There is no booklet and the leg exercise band but included but of no use for me.

I don't usually write reviews but this is really a good product. I'm thinking of getting a backup in case I need it for my other leg. I was born with a leg condition that required surgery at 2 years old and one of the side effects of the surgery was progressive joint damage which caused osteoarthritis of the hips. This helps me stabilize in the way I walk and provides the insulation I need on cold days. Of course, there are not many severe cold days in California but it works.

I wish it would it have been more of a large9r size so that I could it wear it like i tented to But it will fut t my son instead of me .And I will give it to him ... too bad though I was looking forward to use it with my condition.But I will try something else instead . I think some times manufacturers tend to forget that 1 size doesn't fit all ...
