I could still feel my neck after the mow, but the tail bone and spine felt fine. As they say, getting older is for the birds. I felt the pricing was a little high, but the item is very well made and appears durable enough to last for some time. Having the ability to fill with air at your own distinction helps as well. Depending on your weight will probably dictate the amount of air used. So far so good with this pillow. A little pricey but seems worth it at this point.
