It's also fresh and the can came undamaged. I use the for dipping italian bread and pizza crust. Heat level is not to hot but has a nice burn. 2.5/5 for heat. Also a little drizzle here and there.It's expensive, but I feel it's worth it since I use it sparingly.I highly recommend and I would buy again and even gift this for someone.
