効果無し 飲み始めて１ヶ月後に日焼け止めをやめてみた 普通に焼ける レギンスと靴下の間を試しに露出して1週間農作業したら普通ーーに焼けてた 飲む量を増やすのが最適解か？わからん

飲みやすいソフトカプセル
前は12mg摂取だったので、いまは朝晩食事の後に1錠づつ飲んでます。 脂溶性なので食後が良く、一日の摂取量は6mg〜12mgだそうです。 あまり効果を確認しにくいサプリと思いますが、私は飲み続けようと思ってます。ある時に歳の割に若いねー、とか言われたら最高です。

Corrective action for joint inflammation and pain
Cost for this product is on point. Nice and affordable. It is very effective. I started with the 6m dose and noticed a difference after about 2 weeks of daily use. I moved to 12m due to not being right where I wanted to be. There is no odor and I have not noticed any digestive issues. There is a very noticeable difference in joint pain and inflammation.

Astaxanthin is an all natural supplement that comes from the sea. It is super anti oxidant it is used for boosting your immune system. I chose the Nutricost brand because it’s among the top picks of a well known consumer lab testing group, and the cost was a good value. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I don’t notice any unpleasant taste or side effects. Astaxanthin is purported to be a good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, but as with nearly all supplements, you can only hope and trust they do what they proclaim.
