Great quality adapter. I was surprised after I found that actually an adapter could affect the sound quality. I was using xlr-2.5mm adapter from drop.com, which had intermittent contact problem. I ordered this unit only hoping not to worry about the contact problem, but actually sound quality got improved. The sound is clearer than before and slightly more treble. The price is rather high, but I guess it is well worth it.

Nothing bad to say at all. Well made adapter that does its job. Using with Campfire Atlas and Solaris IEMs balanced out of a THX AAA 789 amp without issue. Also comes with a nice tin for storage (large enough for some additional adapters as well).

I really like this cable plugged it in and haven't looked back I guess it has great sound I wouldn't know because my headphone amplifier needs to have that cable

Such a beautiful sounding and neat looking 2.5mm to XLR balanced adapter! No sound artifacts, discernible EMF static. It’s just good clear sound!
