Most serious athletes recommend 5 grams per day. I use a half scoop daily, so approx 2.5 grams per day. The fine mist powder dissolves effortlessly in my morning hot coffee. I’ve also tried this with plain water which also works. I’ve cycled off a few times to monitor and rule out a placebo effect. I’ve concluded that the product improves my workout performance and muscle strength. It gives me a slight ‘pump’ look, if you know what I mean. Your mileage may vary, but it works for me!
