Keeping my hair
I really like using these for my hair. I have to have a glp-1 due to health issues and have began noticing my hair shedding. This was recommended by a friend and I can say I can tell it is helping me. Not an instant fix but over time i have noticed less shedding and as a bonus I see baby hairs sprouting back. It dissolves quickly in mouth and has a good taste. I can tell it has been effective in helping my hair issues. The photo is some of the new hair growth.

These work. But only when mixed with biotin 10,000mcg tablets and jugo beauty + superfoods with turmeric, collagen peptides & hyaluronic acid. I also take jugo focus + superfoods. But this combination of these 4 supplements daily stopped my hair from shedding in a matter of weeks. Im on gpl1 shots and the shedding was a side effect. Ok I hope this review helps.
