I bought this on July 31, 2025. It’s Dec 9, 2025 and it stopped working- the unit had a WhatsApp QR code and said to reach out for the 1 year warranty and sent me a new unit- the agent, May, made the process easy and straight forward. The new unit arrived VERY quickly and works perfectly. They also put a warranty on the new unit. 5 stars for customer service and warranty integrity.

The large pod can hold two sets of aligners, but I only place one set in at a time to ensure thorough cleaning. The ability to insert toothbrushes through the lid is a great feature to keep your toothbrushes bacteria-free. Functions better than I expected. Heat is suffice for proper cleaning. UV light is bright and adequate for its size. Overall, this cleaner is a convenient and reliable solution for maintaining oral hygiene and keeping personal items spotless. It exceeded my expectations and is a great product with excellent value. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I would definitely NOT buy this one as it has major safety concerns. The UV light has literally sun-burned my hand twice now because it turned on as I was filling it with water. This is not even legal. They have to shut off when the lid opens as exposure is linked to skin cancer. And I have a burnt hand. So livid. This is ridiculous wish I could get my money back. SAFETY HAZARD!!! BEWARE!!!

This is best thing for dentures, it makes them feel so clean!

I use this pretty much every day for my retainer along with soaking tabs I bought separately. My retainer still looks fresh out the pack because I clean them religiously in this. A must have after the braces come off.

After just over a month this unit has failed to work. No light or vibration just dead. I contacted the manufacturers via What's app. which is labeled on the front of the unit. After sending them the requested information, no reply as I believe the window for the return date has expired. This appears to be an issue with other individuals as well. My recommendation would be to avoid purchasing this product. Update: I contacted the company by scanning the code on the front of the cleaner in which they responded within 24 hours. After a brief exchange I sent them a short video of the unit not functioning at all. They sent me a new unit and all is good. The new unit is working and cleans retainers well. Once I received the new unit I disassembled the old one and it appears that there was a defective seal which allowed moisture into the bottom of the unit and shorted out the circuit board.

This product is so useful and practical for anyone with Invisalign or retainers. It cleans efficiently and quickly. It’s small enough to sit on a bathroom sink without being in the way. Easy to use and clean after use. An added bonus is that it can also be used to clean jewelry!
