Great taste
Found out my son in law with celiac loves angel food cake. I was thrilled to make him a treat he likes. This cake didn’t rise as much as some angel food cakes I’ve made, but tastes the same. I will buy again. The whole family enjoyed it.

Tastes just like homemade "regular" angel food cake. Delicious and I highly recommend!
This mix tastes just like homemade, non-gluten-free angel food cake! It isn't as straightforward as the just-add-water kind, but I am willing to go through the ten egg whites this uses for this level of tastiness on a gluten-free diet. I just used the egg yolks for scrambled eggs the next day. It doesn't bake up as lofty as non-gluten-free, but that is ok by me. If you are looking at this, you probably already know that most gluten-free baked goods aren't exact replicas. It still has a nice light texture and moistness level and is the next best thing for sure! A beautiful cake for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, or any day! I have made it 3 times now and it hasn't let me down yet.

Wonderful!
I must say this GF angel food cake turned out DELICIOUS! I wasn't sure what to expect but it was light and flavorful, with a decent height. It's still tricky to make sure there are no egg yolks that enter into the egg whites, but that's true for any angel food cake recipe. Very pleased and will purchase again.

This is 3rd time I've tried these, they are horrible! Ended up in garbage!

Angel food cake
My husband has gluten allergies. I thought I would try this angel food cake. It was very very good. He liked it so much he even wanted more. And he doesn’t normally do that with gluten-free food. I will buy this again.
