I like the product. We,my wife and I have seen positive results and no digestive issues. What I'm wondering about is the product instructions are to keep refrigerated. It was shipped well packaged, it did have an icepack also, but it took 7 days to arrive. The internal temperature of the package taken with my very accurate meat thermometer was 72 degrees. Is that a problem for my probotics? I do not know.......if it is, maybe overnight or two day shipping? Just curious.
