Following hours of tossing and turning and restless sleep due to a cold and congestion, I was able to dab each porous lava stone with decongesting/breathe- easy essential oils and sleep better through the night.I also use an energy blend of essential oils on my beads during the day for invigorating aromatherapy that last the entire 6 hours of my work shift. It's small enough for my tiny wrists and can be expanded for bigger wrists. I'm not convinced that the stones are all genuine wich kind of defeats the object if you're buying it for Reiki healing etc but it looks very pretty. I do put essential oil on the lava stones which emits a lovely subtle aroma through the day.
