When the weather is cold, heat dissipates quickly during heating. We recommend purchasing a thermal cover and EVA floor mat. In addition, if the ambient temperature is below 40–50°F, using the hot tub is not recommended as the experience will be poor

Why does the HL error occur?

Before using the hot tub, you must install the filter and filter cover.If the HL error appears, replace or clean the filter and the strainer at the blue water inlet of the chassis

Is the heating unit noisy?

It stays within normal decibel levels. If excessive noise occurs, the filter pump needs to be replaced.
