Good Quality
This yoga ball is excellent quality and very sturdy. It was easy to inflate, holds air well, and feels stable during use. It's especially great for pregnancy, providing comfortable support for stretching, sitting, and gentle exercises. Highly recommend!

A solid choice of yoga ball
This yoga ball is really good, a good pliability and easy to adjust the height to fit your leg length properly. The pump that came with works well, just need to make sure that it is fully attached at the pump side, as it wasn't when pulled out the package, but made a noise that the cats found amusing. It has not been popped so far even with the cats trying to play with it, and accidentally using it over a rock and a dropped screw, so seems pretty durable I didn't notice any strong scent, the package smelled stronger than the actual ball. The texture on the surface is really easy to grip, and makes using it securely easy, as it doesn't slip out and around and is easy to stay on even when leaning around during exercises. I found this ball to be not only much cheaper, but better than the ball I used in the hospital during labor, and if you are considering passing this up because it doesn't have a base ring , just know that the ring makes it difficult to use, and will cause you to fall when the ball slips over the ring edge, which really sucks in general, but especially while pregnant when it's already harder to balance. It's definitely way more comfortable to sit on postpartum than a chair or couch, and really helps stretch out those inner hip and leg muscles that are difficult usually

Nice big balls but definitely not cattle-tough!
We are ranchers and raise Dexter cattle. Though smaller, a bull is a bull and can be quite aggressive. We thought the exercise ball might redirect his attention and keep him entertained. It did...for about an hour. Then he captured it in the corner of the pasture and forced his massive weight upon it and 'BANG!' It was history. No issues with the quality of the ball as it was super flexible, the cattle loved the bouncy soft texture on the surface, and went crazy if we bounced it for them. Value for money is great for people, but not cows. I was hoping to get them to play together with it and do a great video that would draw 10 million views, but that didn't happen. They love the material, too. We have one left, so we're gonna separate the herd and give the last one to the cows only, keep our big brute of a boy away. The girls seem less aggressive with the first ball. Not exactly a good value for a cheap thrill by watching cattle follow a big ball around a pasture, but it had it's moments.

Product is...average? Included pump is a joke.
Okay...ish. For the price, I would say I got what I paid for?? The pump included is INCREDIBLY cheap. If you're only going to inflate it once, it will PROBABLY do the trick, but if you're planning to frequently deflate and reinflate, you'll definitely want to invest in a better pump (or use a pump from some other product, e.g. bike pump, air mattress pump, air compressor with appropriate adapter). Also, the ball has no pinch valve, so once you've inflated it past normal atmospheric pressure, if you stop pumping-not even remove the nozzle--air will start flowing out. When you're done, you have to pull the nozzle out and grab the closing plug and stick it in as fast (and pretty much as hard) as you can. (Get your mind out of the gutter.) The instructions say it takes 3 minutes to inflate the M. This is a L. It took about 20 minutes and some of that was with an air gun pushed into the opening. It's still not as firm as I'd like it, but I am afraid of overinflating and having it pop like an enormous balloon. It seems like the skin of the ball is pretty thick, which is good. It also feels rather sticky, which may be less desirable. It certainly did an admirable job of picking up anything on the floor where I placed it. Although the size L says it should work (I'm a hair under 5'5"), it's going to depend on your weight, to some extent. Before I sit on it, it is about the same height as the seat on my chair...but after I sit on it, well, it compresses, naturally. Maybe I've underinflated it--after going back and adding another 5 minutes of air, it's still rather lower than the seat of my chair, which means my hips and core aren't having to work to maintain balance, which was why I got the darn thing. I'm still trying to decide if I should return it, try a larger size, or just pay more for one that I can have a bit more certainty on the air pressure. This has no stated desirable pressure, so even if I used a pressure gauge (like you do with your car tires) I won't know what the target pressure is. So I don't know if it's under inflated or not, I just know the instructions warn me not to overinflate it! Then again, while I've been sitting on it, writing this review, unless my legs are firmly on the floor, it DOES force me to balance...so I think I just need to get the 'set up' right. That said, if you're looking to replace a desk chair with this...no, this size won't work for the size of person indicated. Maybe if you weigh under 130#? Rough guess. Otherwise, your weight will compress it to the point that you'll need to work at a coffee table, not a desk.
