These are so easy to use! I clean my Invisalign braces every morning and it takes 3 minutes. They dissolve fast, clean the braces well, and leave a fresh but subtle taste after rinsing. For the folks having a difficult time tearing them, look for the perforated line between the sections, bend it back and forth several times and they will then easily tear apart and not come open. Check both sides as one is easier to see.
