The box was a bit beat up and had clearly been retaped by UPS, but the foam and wood packaging prevented damage to the item. It is heavy, sturdy, and well made. Three screws is all there is to the assembly. The foot lever is effortless. I was afraid the table would be jerky coming down, but it was smooth. I tested it to lift something easily 300-350 lbs and it was effortless. Super pleased. The wheels are non-marking high-end material. I vowed to buy one of these three years ago for my next move and now I finally have it a set of metal ramps to go with it. I won't have to hire help anymore and this will also double as a lift chair when doing hair at home with family.
