I do not know. The package does not say where it is manufactured. Based on the fact that is manufactured for a company in Seattle, Washington (west coast) and it does not say it is manufactured in the USA, that China is the most likely source. The lack of an answer from the seller is also a sign that "not answering" is to their benefit.

These were just 19.99 a few days ago why are they now 34.99?
