Do you receive two items? The single bell with the fish hanging down and the two bells connected with a cord?

I received what is pictured. Two bells with fish hanging.

Can anyone that owns one please provide a video so we can hear how it sounds?

it has a soft sound, looks beautiful in my red maple tree.

Would a zip tie fit the small string hole?

I cannot answer that because I have never tried to put anything else. It’s pretty small though, so I would think probably not.
