It feels so good to stretch your back on. I use it everyday for a few minutes until I get more flexibility and strength in my back. I can definitely tell my lower back doesn’t hurt as often as it used to. It comes with a chart that is handy to see different stretches/poses. I don’t really do those yet, I literally just roll my back on it from tailbone to shoulders and then back down a few times for a good stretch. The cushion around the wheel is soft and good quality.
