Nonfunctional WIFI device.
It doesn’t work as stated. I would like to return it. This product does not function, as promised in the description. I tried filing a claim, but it said that item was not returnable. That means that I am stuck with a defective item and lost ~35 dollars. This is not fare.

Doesn't work, doesn't even deserve a review shame on Amazon to allowing them to sell in their platform. Try to return didn't get a response, so I have to eat this one.

ISSUES WITH POCKET WIFI
I purchased a pocket wifi but I didn't see a SIM card. Should there have been one packaged with the item?

It\nSays it's free unlimited satellite internet and it isn't it's a four g hot spot that you can't return

Don’t buy. Arrives for pickup at USPS with fraudulent USPS postage, postage due $16.61 like a ransom to get it. Does not work as advertised.

Absolutely garbage
No, it did not mean my expectations. Absolutely garbage false advertisement about being free satellite Wi-Fi. Come to find out you have to have a SIM card to make anything do anything with it and then on top of it you can’t even access the website to login or anything. I don’t highly recommend anybody to buy this.
