Surprisingly good!
I live in Panama. We have wonderful fresh fish and chips down here but no malt vinegar. I bought this and it works really well. Not quite as good as the liquid but yum!

good flavour
the powder tastes great, very malt vinegar, but doesn't adhere to the food unless the food is moist. So fried right out of the oil, Great, owen fries, not so much.

Unexpectedly sweet (in a good way!)
This vinegar seasoning adds a rich, tangy flavor that’s significantly sweeter than liquid malt vinegar. I was surprised when I first tried it, but I really like its flavor! My only complaint is that it can clump a bit if you add it to something that contains liquid, partly because it doesn’t always sprinkle evenly. Just handle it more like cornstarch than a spice mix, and it’ll work great! My favorite use for it so far is turning ketchup into a more interesting dipping sauce, since it doesn’t thin the ketchup like liquid vinegar does.
