This is a very tasty tea. I am pleased with the structure of the tea bags - no grit left in the bottom of my cup. I steep 3 bags in 1.7 L of water, then cool it. It makes for a very refreshing drink.

This tea was just what I was looking for. After doing some research, some types of cinnamon are actually bad for us because of too much coumarin, apparently bad for the liver. All the articles say that Ceylon cinnamon is the safest. That said, most cinnamon teas are not made with Ceylon cinnamon or they don't specify the type. I found one Ceylon tea that also contained cloves, which I don't care for. I was so happy to find this Ulthmok Premium 100% Ceylon tea bags. It is delicious and no other spices, just what I wanted. I add a splash of orange juice which gives a little sweetness and depth. I also like the fact the bags are not synthetic and there are no strings or tags, just bags! I will purchase again!
