Xylitol is very good for the teeth. These are delicious! And, they do not spike blood glucose. We eat a carnivore diet and test our blood glucose and blood ketones from time to time. We do not have diabetes, but these are still very, very good and do not cause any issues. I believe they are also recommended for diabetics. No artificial anything in these. Xylitol is a natural sweetener made from birch trees. Lovely flavor!
