I’m a light sleeper and I have trouble wearing regular masks. My eyes were very puffy from allergies and I saw this and figured I would give it a chance. I am so glad I did. My eyes feel rested. The mask are lightweight and very comfortable so I have no problem wearing them while sleeping. The self heating is wonderful. My eyes feel relaxed. The swelling has gone down and I wake up feeling refreshed. I highly recommend this item and plan on buying the cold version for the hot summer months coming up.

Work very well, deliver a decent warm heat that seems to last for 30 minutes +/- Using in conjunction with eye drops to counteract dry eyes. After nighttime use, I did notice less weepy eyes in the a.m. Packaged individually, in nicely sealed packages This is an excellent little stocking stuffer, gift spa kit, meditation item , care basket etc. that could be included for gift giving.
