How easy is it to remove and reposition the mount if I need to move it to a different spot?

The StickGrip suction cup base allows for easy repositioning without leaving residue. If it loses grip, rinse with mild soap and water, let it air dry, and it’s ready to use again—perfect for adjusting placement or switching vehicles.

Is this mount strong enough to securely hold larger phones or tablets, even on rough roads?

Absolutely! Our extra-strength magnetic mount features stronger, reinforced magnets and a thicker heavy-duty MagicPlate—securely holding heavier phones and tablets in place, even when traveling over bumps, potholes, or uneven terraiin.

Can the mount be used on curved or textured dashboards?

This mount works best on smooth, flat surfaces but can adhere to slightly textured dashboards using the StickGrip suction cup base. For the most secure hold, apply it to a flat area to ensure steady, reliable mounting, even on bumpy roads.

Does the MagicPlate affect wireless charging or NFC functionality on my phone?

Yes, the MagicPlate can affect wireless charging and NFC functionality if placed directly over those areas. To maintain full use, follow the placement instructions to ensure the plate is positioned away from your device’s charging coil or NFC zone.

Does the mount work with thick or rugged phone cases?

Yes, our extra-strength magnetic mount can reliably support thick and rugged phone cases. Simply attach the heavy-duty MagicPlate firmly onto the outside of your case to achieve a secure and stable magnetic hold during every drive.
