Can this be put straight in smoothies or should it be baked?

I have not put it into smoothies myself, but it does not need to be baked. I primarily use it to make tiger nut butter... which is amazing!! Seriously, you should make it today. 1 cup tiger nut flour, 1/2 cup + 2 Tblsp. coconut oil, 1-3 tsp maple syrup or honey, blend till smooth. You could also add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon. Try not to finish it all in one day... :)

So what's under the bag?

I also showed my 7 year old daughters after I discovered what’s under the bag. No spoiler here, find out yourself.Lol!

So, what is made of? What tubers is made of?

Made out of a tiger nut. Nothing else added.

Can you make Spanish Horchata out of this?

No, you cannot accurately make Spanish horchata de chufa (tiger nut) with this. I tried. It's got a bad, weird taste that way, and it is probably not our vendor's fault, but the result of being pre-ground.
