This works fast on sinus/colds. The pills are kind of big, but helps with sinus pressure and pain. It helps loosen up mucus so you can breathe easier. You take 2 pills every 4 hrs which I wish would be longer.

This is a good cold medicine. We've used it before, and know that it's a good value and works. It helps clear the sinuses even when having a really bad cold. They are one of my favorites, as far as one can favorite medicine. I don't typically get headaches or body aches with a cold, but my wife says that this seems to help with that as well.
