I did not see any ingredients listed on the product packaging and it’s made in China …little skeptical… why I no ingredient listed ?

It's on the product page, but it's just sweet potato starch and water. That's it. I even did a little search on this product just to make sure. This is by far one of my fave noodles. It's a little bit larger and has just a little chew (like al dente). They also break better than most glass noodles, which I particularly like. I make a lunch soups with bone broth, noodles & tofu... sometimes an egg. Very filling.
