So nice I've bought it twice!
This is the second Bluetti AC70 I've bought. About 5yrs back, I started getting into solar power. Looked into it quite a bit. And am all about Bluetti's solar power units. Have bought some bigger and, some smaller units than the AC70. This unit is like a smaller mid sized model of theirs. It's well worth the money in my opinion! As it has enough power per charge, to run many things you might need it to. How long things run, depends on what you're powering? And if more than one thing at a time? That said...It's pretty great for it's size and power! A feature it has, allows you to even run more demanding electronics! It's called power lifting. When turning that feature on. You'll see an arm flexing icon appear on the screen. So you know it's on. For an example....When it got really cold here. I gave this unit a test. By turning on power lifting. And running my Dreo space heater. Which is about 1,200W! With a 100% charge. And power lifting on to run that space heater (it can't run it without lower lifting on). The Dreo space heater ran for just under an hour. It got my room to a nice and comfy temp! Power lifting is a little harder on the battery than running things without that mode on. But it's nice to have as a feature for emergencies! And don't worry....This generator is pretty tough! Well built! Also is pretty light weight. It's not too big. Has a solid handle that is part of the body. The buttons and screen are simple, easy to use and understand. Bluetti makes their solar generators have REALLY GOOD lifecycles! The batteries they use allow them to last much longer than competitors! With that said...Those batteries do make their units a little heavier. But a little more weight for MUCH MORE years of use is so worth it to me! They have an app to control your unit's from too! Also you can do so without any internet. So off grid, no problem! They charge pretty quick. I usually charge by solar. But you can charge from an outlet or car cigarette lighter. Can even dual charge for a super fast charge! But just in the wall outlet alone...Thus unit will charge in just an hour! It has X's 2 AC (three prong) outputs for things like a cook top, a fan, space heater, tv. Game system etc...And also X's 2 USB-A outputs that are 12W each. Aswell as X's 2 USB-C outputs that are 100W each! If you're looking for a quality, reliable, easy to travel solar power unit for a decent price! This is arguably among the top choices for covering all that! This can help out a lot in emergency situations. Great for camping. I honestly everyday use all 8 of the Bluetti units I bought! I have them placed throughout my house. To cut down on my power bill. And reduce my carbon print.

Excellent backup unit.
Originally purchased Bluetti Elite 30V2 but found it a bit under powered which gave me 1.5 hrs running my TV, Sound Bar. I often have power outages 3-4 hours at a time. Returned unit and purchased BLUETTI AC 70, arrived with 39% charge ant it took 1.2 hrs to charge under normal charge. Running TV, sound bar it ran for 4.5 hours. Pleased with performance. Recharged 'Turbo' from 6% in just 1 hr. Very easy to use and download on Bluetooth. I highly recommend this unit.

Excellent solar power station
I purchased this power station to replace my Bluetti EB70S which was over four years old. So far, I am very impressed and satisfied with the unit. Here are some of the more important reasons why I like the AC70 solar generator. 1. The XT-60 connectors for DC input are the best. I disliked the old 7909 connectors used in the EB70S, because after a couple of years of use, they became very temperamental. I had to jiggle the connection to make it work, and it got to the point where if I breathed wrong, the connection would fail. The XT-60 is much more robust and should last a long time. 2. The generator shows percent of power available. That is much more useful than the bars that didnโt really tell much. 3. The unit was easy to set up and get running. I barely had to read the manual. 4. The charging speed and amount is outstanding. Iโm getting about 150 watts from my 200 watt solar panels. If I angled the panels better, Iโd probably get a higher input. 5. The display is bright and very legible. 6. The USB-C outputs are sufficient to keep my MacBook Pro 16โ fully charged. 7. The unit is very portable as it does not weigh very much. 8. This unit has a bit more capacity than my older EB-70S. I think this is an awesome upgrade. I would post some negatives, but Iโm not sure there are any. Also, Bluetti customer service is outstanding (I had an issue with my older EB-70S and they replaced it fast), and they answered my questions about this new unit very quickly. I strongly recommend this power station.

Impressive engineering. Quality product.
I bought AC70 for tools, camping, emergency backup, and as a UPS for my 3D printer. It meets all of these needs and the product quality is excellent overall. I love the AC and DC input and output watts displayed clearly in big numbers, which was a big selling feature. It would be great if Bluetti showed the amps and volts as well for the geeks out there. I also appreciate the dedicated buttons on the front of the unit to turn the AC inverter and DC outputs on and off, so there is no fiddling around on a touch screen. Bluetti should keep these buttons and watts display on all future power stations. The DC charging input is generic 58V 10A max on an XT60 connector, so with a voltage boost converter you can charge this station up to 500W from any 12V power circuit that you rig including generic lithium or lead acid batteries. AC70 has some great checks and balances to ensure everything is operating safely within specs - it's clearly engineered for a long service lifetime. For example it warned me the other day that the power grid voltage was too high and when I tested it was 132V. On future power stations from Bluetti it would be nice to see a DC output circuit with higher amperage like 50A so customers can rig a typical RV or tiny home with LED lights, DC fridge, diesel heaters etc using a typical DC power distribution panel.

Worth buying at regular price when there's NO SALE if you can afford it.
Great quality/delivery time. Awesome Spring Sale price! Only complaint is I couldn't afford next level item up, or I'd of bought THAT! On the other hand, the sale afforded me to jump up to this level. Spent a little more than I could afford. But I'll get by. It was worth the investment. As advertised, it charged up super fast right out of the box on standard mode. from 54% to 100% in about 40 minutes. Played guitar on my Boss Katana 100 watt 2x12 cab with 5 9v pedals for about 8 hours straight, and it didn't put a major dent in the charge. Dropped to 59%. It indicated I was pulling apprx 30 watts AC. And could run it for 19.6 hours! All a great sign for my busking programs. I'm sure I can run my Mackie Freeplay Portable PA, looper pedal, and vocal processor no problem. The amp, and ALL of it for ATLEAST 8-10 hours by my calculations! My main worry for power pull was the amp. I was surprised at how little watt power it takes to run it. So I'm happy and satisfied with all that. It would've cost close to $300 to buy and run 2 new 12v outboard batteries with a new 400 watt inverter like I'd been doing for years BEFORE the pandemic! And that is such a lower level primitive way to go. And those batteries don't last long. So this is such a MAJOR upgrade for me in so many ways, for less than $50 more at the great Spring Sale price I was able to snab this AC70 up for. I'll be saving again and looking out for ANOTHER sale to eventually get 2 200 watt solar panels. I'm not only a musician, but also a car camper, survivalist and prepper. And this will meet my power needs in these regards. I'm not trying to power a hotel, cabin, big boat, or RV. I just need to have SOME reasonable, (for ME), emergency power as needed to survive somewhat comfortably if/when the SHTF! So this item covers A LOT of my needs all at once, at a great price and for 3,000 cycles of recharge potential? AND then at up to 80% AFTER THAT!? This SHOULD easily last the rest of my old life. And I would buy next level items of Bluetti's if chance allows. I'm amazed at the progress of technology in these products. Especially the Bluetti line. By all my research, they seem to be leading the field and setting the standard! I'm SO thankful I waited to invest in these advanced tech items, and DIDN'T get one of those dinosaur Jackery power stations back in the day! And at the prices they were selling them at too!? Gimme a break! They better get on board with the new LiFeP04 batteries if they want to STAY in the battery power station business! Just keeping it real Jackery and Jackery fans! LOL!
