This a great bar for lat pulldowns and seated cable rows. I purchased this because I go to a busy corporate gym where the equipment is limited or at worst broken. I keep my own grips and various other such equipment in my gym bag (one of those big tactical backpacks that I purchased to carry all this stuff around with me). This bar/grip is great and I have zero complaints.

Great concept and even better quality but the angle in which your wrists are positioned is terrible. When you switch the handles so your wrists are bending in a terrible way you can’t get a good grip on the handles

Love the grip positions
