Replacing capacitor
Capacitor works great, ac unit went out yesterday on 3 yr old Goodman, Pulled the disconnect and replaced in 10 minutes. Saved hundreds of dollars. Make sure you take pictures of the wires and discharge with a screwdriver across leads. If your unit won’t kick on or struggles to start then quits, cap is usually the problem

Got my air conditioner running again
My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, and the fan wouldn't start. Turned out the old capacitor was shot. I grabbed this capacitor because it was the right replacement for my unit. works perfectly fine. quick tip. after replacing it and restoring power to your Hvac, allow at least five minutes for the system to reset before expecting the cooling to work again.
