Love this phone. I haven't had any problems with the phone or the OS. Battery life is wonderful, signal is strong, audio quality on calls is the best I've had, and I love that I can control the charging time frame. I'm pretty sure a lot of y'all are wondering the camera quality but I can care less because I'm not the kind of person that always takes pictures. I can tell you this, it takes pictures when I need it to. I do have a few complaints. Some times the keyboard will show up blank, some games that I play, crash (but I think that's just the games), some times I will send a text, not get a response so I call that person, they say they responded, I resart the phone and I get the text, and the screen is too bright at night when I'm in bed. It has an extra dim mode but it's no different from the lowest brightness setting. Aside from all that, I love the phone and I recommend it to anybody who hates getting a phone from their provider.

Super prone to glitching, started boot-looping within 6 months of purchase, the connection fails if you go from a WiFi connection to no WiFi, and try to make a call, apparently ASUS knows about these issues, but has not fixed them in the past 3 models released. I doubt the next zenfone will be any better I will be looking for a different brand it's a shame since the processor was always really good in asus phones, but with software as bad as it's been releasing, ASUS has a long way to go before I come back for any of their products. With google taking away support for side-loading, I am hoping to find a phone with similar specs to the zenfone, but without the being hard wired for only Android, all around a bad product, not worth the price tag.

It's not perfect as it no longer has upgradable storage like the previous models, but camera is great, it has very good performance and very good battery life. As far as UI goes it feels pretty close to stock android on top of having a lot of customization but overall just a solid phone

I love this phone better than my last. Battery last a long while. I love the performance it provides. It's durability is amazing. Easy to use. Not over priced as the new Samsung's. An it's as good as the latest Samsung for its price.

I love the Asus brand phones. The first one I bought was zoned for China and I tried to return it after I found out but Amazon did not allow the return. I had to live with it. After 2 years it completely stopped working. Now this one didn't come with a charger. I don't get what this stupid new trend is that a phone does not come with a charger. I'm going to have to go back to a landline instead and stop wasting my money on these ridiculously priced phones.
