It is too fine to make a rice dish with other rice.

Delicious!
It’s a 3 to 1 ratio of water or broth to flakes. There really isn’t any discernible flavour. Add whatever spices you like to make it go with whatever cooking. Garlic, fried onion, chillies etc… I like Lebanese 7 spice, and curry powder or Tajin spice for Mexican. Just keep experimenting…you really can’t go wrong.

Love this!
I just made "oatmeal" last night...almond milk, monk fruit, ginger, cinnamon, chia seed. Boiled for about 5 min, till thick, topped with sugar free maple syrup! Sooooo good! Will definately need to measure out/ portion control, because I can eat ALOT of this! :) It's very slightly bitter, reminds me of stevia, I'm used to that, and love this product! Buy this!! Great if your watching sugar/ carb count...does it have some carbs, well yes, but compared to others I have tried, this is by far the best texture & taste+ gets that fiber in you!
