**Q: Does this product contain soy or any derivatives of soy, like soy lecithin?**
A: My apologies.... our taffy does not contain soy lecithin. It contains Sunflower Lecithin. Hopefully that makes a big difference for your needs.

**Q: What are the ingredients?  Does it contain eggs or gelatin?**
A: No it doesn't contain but it does contain egg whites!

**Q: Whether left in the cupboard or put in the refrigerator, this taffey has the consistence of tooth paste. I open the wrapper and have to scrape it off.**
A: I keep it in the refrigerator and it peels off the wrapper perfectly.
