The product seemed to work fine at first, but after two months, it stopped working. Within five minutes of charging, the screen shows 100% battery stored in the power bank, but when I try to use it, it does not actually hold a charge.

powerbank was great for 3 months. then the type c cable suddenly stopped working all of a sudden, began heating. i ended up purchasing another unit because seller is unreachable to ask for a replacement (supposedly product comes with a 2 year warranty)

Poor quality plastic and some of the built-in cables are difficult to get out unless you have strong nails.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Great battery but weighty. I recharge my phone about 5 times before I need to charge it again. It’s a visible battery reading too with side button to view percentage left in battery. I recharge my kindle and ear pods etc if away for the weekend. It takes a few hours to recharge but we tend to do this over night for practicalities. It goes everywhere with me.

Bought this on offer and to be honest I was not expecting much. But the build quality is much higher than I expected. Also contrary to other reviews the device does fast charge. No issues on my Samsung Galaxy S21FE. The key with fast charging is a good quality fast charge compatible cable. Also works well on Galaxy Tab and Amazon Kindle. Will definitely consider this brand in the future. Excellent 👍

This powerbank is by far the best one I have ever had. It has fast charging and it is very good. It's quite weighty. It has 2 USB ports, 1 USB C port, and 1 Micro USB port. And has an on/off button. However, I've tested it on some devices and going off the phone battery capacity and how much % battery is lost from the powerbank, it seems its really got around 17000mAh capacity rather than the 27000 mAh as shown. However, my tests might not be perfect. All that being said, I still strongly recommend this powerbank. Best one ive ever had and already told people I know to get one for themselves.

Very powerful, and charges my iPhone 13 in under 45 minutes and can do the same around 5 times on each charge. Takes a while to charge the power bank itself, but that's common for all the powerful models. I would recommend!

I’ve had my fair share of powerbanks, and none competed to a specific off brand one I had. UNTIL I FOUND THIS. my phone was at 12% or something? I charged it to 100% in an hourish, and had only used around 30% of the power bank. So I can definitely get multiple uses out of it. It is quite big and heavy, but it’s worth it since it charges so fast and lasts for so long. I assume if you were charging a tablet or iPad it would be able handle it. I think I could probably charge my phone like 4-5 times with this. It’s seriously my favourite Product.
