I am growing out my hair, and it has been annoying. While I loved growing my hair out when I was younger, 53 year-old hair has its own agenda. I was having so much trouble styling it. Heat straightening tools are my go-tos and all I know how to use. But my hair was looking frizzy and dry - especially at the ends. I decided to embrace wavy hair and gave Sun Bum Air Dry a try because of the reviews and price point. I’m impressed. I think my waves look way better than the puffed straw look I was working with. The ends of my hair are looking frizzy much better. I enjoy the banana scent. The stiffness in the drying process takes getting used too, but it does not make my hair dry slower. I have coarse, thick, chin-length hair. I towel dry it well and use a quarter-size amount, give or take. I wash my hair in the evening and I still have nice waves when I wake up. I’m saving some time by not having to flat iron it everyday too. I am also using Matrix anti-frizz shampoo and conditioner as well.
