It mixes smoothly with warm water, without clumping, and has a rich, creamy flavor that doesn’t taste “goaty” or overly strong. I specifically chose this because it’s made from non-GMO, grass-fed goats and contains A2 milk, which is much easier on digestion. I’ve found it to be very gentle on the stomach, and it’s been a wonderful alternative to traditional cow’s milk. No bloating or discomfort — just clean, wholesome nutrition. I also appreciate that it’s high in calcium and comes from a company with such a long history (since 1928!). The 2.5 lb container lasts a good while, even with daily use in smoothies, coffee, baking, or just as a simple glass of milk. Great Milk. Recommend to anyone wanting to get away from mucous forming cow's milk. Tastes great too. The kids love it and so do I. I raised my grandkids on this milk, adding to it other ingredients the first year.

Much better than the micro ingredients goat milk powder that I was using for a few months. That one tasted like plastic. This one is creamy and tastes delicious. I already finished half of the container. I use it for hot cocoa, in coffe as a creamer, in baked recipes in place of regular milk, to make lasagna bechamel sauce.

Great quality and good taste! Our son has a cow milk sensitivity, so we were researching goat milk options for him. This powdered milk was a nice alternative when we can’t find fresh goat milk in stores.
