SUBSTANDARD MERCHANDISE
The item came very quickly and seem to be in pristine condition... about a month after purchase I started noticing that the battery was not maintaining a charge approximately 24 hours standby. I basically ignored the issue as minor. 3 months later the issue got worse. I reached out to the seller and was told that the 90 days warranty had expired. No other recourse was offered.... BEWARE

Love Apple / Formatting issues
I love all my Apple products, but setting up these older Apple items on Windows really is a process. Then to top it off, a bunch of the albums showed up in album list for each song. The iPod I bought wouldn't show me the artist list even though it was select and even when I closed the app and tried again along with powering it down and restarting it. I spent too much time trying to get this to work the way it should. Gonna try the older, regular, refub'd iPod with the dial but now with a 1TB SSD drive.

I have had a IPod for years. The one I recently purchased to replace the old one is defective. I will be returning it.

Trying to connect to car and iTunes
Still trying to keep it connected to my new 2025 Tucson, plus get my music and Playlist from my iTunes onto this ipod... so far, not good. smh...

Basically the same as my previous iPod but offers much more, needed storage. Opted to just get another iPod instead of a smart phone since I really don’t have a use for a phone; why pay monthly for phone services I’ll rarely use when I can just get the apps I use to communicate with people on the iPod, as well as Spotify for my music.

When I got my IPod 256 g the screen wasn’t in, it was out a little on one side, and the home screen button wasn’t in place. And I recharge it and night and I turn it off and the battery is dead the next morning. I have come to the conclusion that the battery needs to be replaced and I am going to get it done for $80 at a cellular phone and apple repair shop. I won’t play the return it game, because it was inspected and refurbished once already and as a person with disabilities I don’t need to get ripped off a second time. Or have to wait a couple of weeks to get it back with more damage done by this incompetent business. Please take more time inspecting and refurbishing the items you are selling. Save your money and your time and shop elsewhere. They couldn’t
