No where in the product description does it say it comes with foaming dispenser. Why?** A: Mine did not come that way. I have no idea why yours did. Many versions have red dye.** A: For what it is worth, you can buy other products that are equivalent that are not red like this one. Hibiclens contains red dye #40. **Q: Does this product have a moisturizer? I am looking for a soap without perfume and moisturizer.** A: It does have a fragrance that is mild. I don't think it specifically has a moisturizer but my hands never feel irritated after using it.
