At last, one that works!
I am 73 years old and I have been searching for an eyeliner that lasts on my hooded eyes. I have tried $30-$3 and none of them lasted more than an hour or two. I just wish it weren't waterproof
This is the color I've been looking for. I am very light complected and hate how dark brown eye liner looks. This is perfect. Easy to apply. It would be better with a shorter wand, though. It is very hard to get off, even with makeup remover. I end up putting more on to cover the parts I can't get off.
