The best air cooler in the price range
This cooler is my go to for coolers under 25€. It is of high quality and can cool all low and mid range CPU's with absolutely no problem. As always, Arctic brings one of the most silent coolers on the market and the fans are easy to attach with just a click instead of screwing or using annoying fan mounts.

Selbst unter Last bleibt mein Prozessor angenehm kühl.

Temps
I bought it because I had a stock style cooler and wanted the pc to be quieter. Temps dropped significantly as well as cpu fan noise

Nessun fronzolo, ma prezzo basso e CPU gelida.
Preso in offerta a 20€ fa quello che deve fare. Raffredda il più possibile la CPU. Provata la versione AM4.
