The usda and fda are pretty much a joke. that being said, can we really trust that these pumpkins seeds from china and/or mexico, are really organic?

Are you serious? everything comes from china. I am from texas and in local grocery store, the transparent packeted products which look like locally sourced, are also from china. I checked HEB - a pretty big grocery chain in Texas, even their pumpkin seeds are from china and mangolia. people who say "i never buy anything from china" - either they have too much money, or too much time in their lives than me for sure.

I wish all pumpkins seeds didn't come from china. if we can't harvest in good ol' usa, can someone please try the moon? thanks.

As these are being imported from China, have they been tested for heavy metals?

Organic is an issue. The main issue from China is that upwards of 70% of the farm land is polutted by heavy metals. Do you test these seeds 4 metals?

Even if you were to test how bad they are, I don't believe you have integrity left to throw out what didn't meet minimum levels of contamination.
