I cannot believe how much I love this mascara!
Pros: Easy to apply Lengthens and defines lashes really well (WOW!) Quality-the tube and the wand are excellent quality. The mascara is very smooth. Not clumpy, not runny, not dry. Glides on, coats lashes evenly. Color-the "Crystal" is a beautiful brown/black, almost raisin color. Quality pigments. Safe for very sensitive eyes--really. If I can wear this mascara almost anyone can. Longevity-I have very oily eyelids. This doesn't run or flake. Ease of removal. OMG, a cotton pad damp with hot water. Hold/wiggle it on your lashes for about 5 seconds. Wipe straight down. Gone. Cons: The price. Not sold in stores I am blown away!! I've worn this every day for about 10 days. My lashes are blonde, very straight, and not very long. I'm allergic to all mascara except a couple, the all natural ones that flake and run and don't look nice even freshly applied. I didn't believe a mascara with no harsh ingredients could even be good, and this is GREAT. It is tubing so apply in long smooth strokes from root to tip You can't curl your lashes after you apply this. Curl before. I bought a warming lash curler from Amazon. Game-changer, very gentle heat, not scary at all. I brush my lashes with a spoolie, curl with the warm curler, then quickly apply mascara in long smooth even strokes. Get as much on your lashes as you can in about 20 seconds. Easily doubles the length of my lashes. Don't use thickening tricks like wiggling the spoolie side to side at the base of your lashes and then pulling it up to the tips. If you do that you'll create a big wide "tube" at the base of your lathes and it will be gross. You'll think the mascara is bad. Long, smooth strokes root to tip. Dip, repeat, kinda quickly. Do all the coats you want to do before it dries. Once dry, more coats will clump. This is one of those rare products I will reluctantly pay a higher price to get because it actually does what it says it does and my eyes don't react at all. I can't overstate how impossible that has been for me since I was a teenager. I can forget this mascara is there. It's not just tolerable, it's comfortable. Pics are one with no mascara and one with Thrive Liquid Lash Extension in the color Crystal. That was a quick application on day 3. The warming lash curler appears to be working better with each day that I continue to use it. It is a great companion to this mascara. If you prefer a volumizing mascara, this is not that. Tubing mascara definitely adds thickness, but the point to this mascara is to lengthen, and it does that really well. For me, a mascara with literally no irritation and longer more beautiful lashes without harsh chemicals is a miracle and I'll keep using it.

Outstanding Mascara--with a Learning Curve for Curls!
I am 54 years old with extremely sensitive skin (radiation dermatitis) and even more sensitive eyes, as in I've had to give up all the mascaras I've counted on for so many years. My hair is mixture of light blonde and white, so black mascara looks too harsh on me (if I could wear black, I'd wear Jones Road mascara, as I really like the formula and it doesn't bother my eyes). That said, this mascara is outstanding, with a bit of a learning curve--at least for me. I purchased the Crystal (Brown Black) and it's an especially beautiful color--maybe there's just a hint of a plum undertone--I don't know, but the hue does a little something extra for my regular blue eyes that other brown mascaras don't do. Additionally, it makes my eyelashes look really long, which they aren't. However, since I have super-fine, super-straight hair, I have to remember to do two key things when applying this mascara: 1) Scrape excess product from the brush back into the tube, and 2) only apply to the tops of my lashes, NOT from root to tip--if I apply this mascara from root to tip, it weighs them down and they can't hold curl--my lashes are just too fine. (I put a really good curl in them first and then only apply mascara to the top part of the curl.) If I get too much product on my lashes, I brush it away with a clean spoolie immediately, while the product is still wet. Once this mascara dries, I haven't found any way to manipulate it, either by curling it or adding more mascara--it clumps and looks spidery--you can only work with it when it's still wet. You can remove product with a spoolie or build it with more coats, but you have to do everything while it's still wet. If you're unhappy with it once it dries, it's best to remove it and start again. Removal is easy. I just use a tiny bit of mild soap and water on my fingers, run them over my lashes, let that sit for a minute and then the mascara slides right off--no pulling or rubbing or irritation to eyes or lashes. I usually put soap and water on my lashes first and then wash the rest of my face; that way, my mascara goes with all my other makeup when I rinse. Honestly, I didn't believe the hype about Thrive mascara, but the fact is I was running out of options and didn't want to do without mascara altogether. I have to admit, it was worth opening my wallet. Wishing you luscious lashes...

Seriously the BEST Mascara!
I have tried several mascaras over the years but I was looking for a cleaner, less chemicals mascara. My eyes are the best part of me I think so mascara matters! This mascara screams quality- from the tube it comes in, to the ease of application and taking it off. Warm water literally takes it off- no scrubbing! Best thing my eyelashes look full and longer than usual. Someone thought I was wearing good fake eyelashes. Nope, just amazing mascara. I also think that it last longer than other mascaras. The tube starts to dry out over time- usually I have to buy a new one every month at least. This mascara has lasted over 2 months and still goes on quite smoothe. I am very impressed.

Expensive but So Worth It
I absolutely love this mascara. It's a little on the expensive side but it's definitely worth the money. It lasts a very long time and has proven to be just what my eyelashes needed. It's so easy to use and provides my eyelashes length, thickness, and just a beautiful long-lasting look. It stays on for hours in a day, yet washes off easily with soap and water. I love that it doesn't clump, smudge, or flake, which is amazing. It's available in several different colors. This is such a good quality mascara that I highly recommend.

Great length and volume, but dries out over time
This mascara really does make my lashes look longer and fuller. It gives a nice lifted, almost lash-extension look without needing multiple coats, and I love how dramatic it makes my lashes. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the longer the tube has been open, the more the formula starts to crust or flake while wearing it. When it’s new it goes on really smoothly, but after a while it doesn’t wear quite as nicely as time goes on. Overall I still like the look it gives my lashes, but I wish the formula stayed fresh a little longer.

Lovely lashes
Only day 1, but so far I’m VERY pleased! My lashes are much longer, no smudging, no flakes, and came off easily. In the photo my old mascara is in the top pic. Thrive in a on the bottom. The lighting in the first picture isn’t great.

Pros are ideal, but there are cons
I think I love this. I really want to. I’m amazed at how long my lashes look, which is a big deal for me because mine are so short and almost non— existent. I use a lash—growing serum and you can still hardly see them. I also love that it stays on forever without being waterproof. I hate waterproof mascara because I’m lazy and it’s so hard to get off. This just washes off with water, but stays put until then. I even slept in it and it looked great the next day. The photo’s from the am after. I was so impressed, I had to have photo evidence. I didn’t touch my face— there were no smudges or anything, still just beautiful long lashes the morning after. It also survived Midwestern humidity and an episode (or two) of menopausal tears. The only drawbacks for me that make me wonder if it’s worth it, are that it’s messy and it doesn’t take much to turn spidery (even though it may still look good from a distance—if you zoom in on the pic you’ll see they’re a teeny TammyFaye but still look ok overall). Overdoing it feels just one swipe away, where with other mascaras I can see it coming. And when no clumping, etc is a selling feature, I feel it shouldn’t be that easy. I don’t know, maybe I got an old tube and it would be worth buying direct from the cosmetic company. As far as being messy, I’m 48 and have been using mascara for many a decade now, but for some reason cannot keep this on just my lashes when applying this. It gets everywhere and I have to do a Qtip cleanup when I’m finished. Since I’m always running late and doing my makeup in a hurry (or at red lights), this is a big deal for me by adding extra time. Not only do I need to slow down to avoid being messy, now I need to clean up and then sometimes touch up the makeup I just wiped off while cleaning up. Are my lashes longer using this than using a primer and my regular mascara? I think so??But it would be close. I’d have to do a side—by—side comparison to really know. I’m torn about it overall. I want to really love it. The pros are ideal, but the cons might* be enough to ditch it. Time will tell.

Best mascara on the market!
This is hands down my favorite mascara! It goes on easily and definitely catches those fine little lashes and lengthens them for a visible difference.
