How much milk does this hold?

About ½ cup - but the amount needed for a cappuccino or latte are marked on the side of the frother. It is not so much about volume as the amount of foam produced.

I’ve misplace the black plastic clip that holds the metal spring. Any place to get a replacement?

I have never tried that. But I checked the name plate and it says 220-240V 50/60Hz.
