Purple Sweet Potato Powder 8 Oz, Natural Food Coloring Ube Powder Flavoring

This Uber power is great for making ude pandesal. It keeps a nice flavor and the color was excellent. I was pleased with this power. I will rebuy and recommend it to any one who doesn’t want to miss with patotes.

Great way to color foods people. Does alter the flavor noticably but I like it. For intense dark purple requires a little more experimentation but too little can make it more of a blue color. And it adds a little bit of a health boost. For cupcakes I recommend replacing 20% of the flour with the powder and increase the baking powder about 15% and adding at least one extra egg per batch

The quality and quantity of the product are well worth the price. I can make 10-20 small cups of smoothies. It contains healthy ingredients and is easy to mix with any liquid of your choice. I was thoroughly impressed with the powder. You can tell its quality by its color. The ube flavor is subtle. Whenever it saves me the hassle of going to a boba shop and the money spent on buying from a local cafe, I’d definitely buy it again.

Great natural alternative to food coloring. I used this in a sourdough loaf for a birthday and it turned out great! The taste was not affected.

Excellent product. It has very good quality, a natural flavor and is easily mixed in smoothies, desserts and other recipes. I loved the color it brings and the packaging keeps the product fresh
