Size of the inlet and outlet of the valve: 1/2" FPT pipe threads Brass 1/2" NPT Conversion Adapter: 1/2" NPT male x 3/8" flare male; 1/2" NPT male x 1/2" NPT male The Operate Temperature: 32°F-225°F (0°C-107°C).

**Q: Can you use this to convert a natural gas deep fryer to a propane?**
A: Possibly since the regulator is adjustable but the orifice fitting on your deep fryer would also need to be changed to a smaller orifice for propane. 

Propane is higher psi vs natural gas, so requires higher regulator setting and smaller orifice to control the flow rate.
